Robust static dome with optical and thermal imaging
The Silent Sentinel Dual Head Thermal Dome provides both an optical camera and a thermal imaging detector within the same tough, spherical casing.
Precision machined from solid aluminium, then hard anodized and powder coated, the spherical housing of our Dual Head Thermal Dome provides highly effective protection against external threats, both environmental and physical.
The Dual Head Thermal Dome uses a tubular base plate with locking ring that allows free movement while focussing and a firm hold when locked-off. The base plate is highly adaptable as it allows wall or ceiling attachment, with fixings either placed externally or safely concealed within.
Sitting safely within the IP67-rated protective sphere, the uncooled microbolometer detector provides far-reaching man detection imaging at up to 380 meters distance - day or night; simultaneously, the optical camera provides colour images of the same view. A choice of lens options for both cameras allow you to match the field of view to your monitored area. The Dual Head Thermal Dome is supplied as standard with trailing power/video leads, wall plugs and screws. To best match your installation, you have a choice of either white or black durable powder coat finish.
